New Grandson and a pretty card

This is my Mom's birthday card.  I used my new Spellbinders to cut the hearts.  I really need the embossing mat to make the impressions stand out better.

I used distressed stickles to outline the swirls.

The embossing showed up much better on the yellow paper.  I don't know why I always hand write my sentiments.  Lazy maybe...

Here is my silly Peanut.  She's almost 2 1/2 and likes picking out her own clothes.  She didn't do half bad on this outfit. :)

And introducing Kaiden Tyler Thomas.  The big boy is his super handsome and proud big brother Koray and Em and purple baby.  He was born on Weds. 2/22/12 at 9:47 pm I think it was.  He was just over 6 1/2 pounds and is about 20 inches long.  It's amazing holding him and remembering Emily was this tiny when she was born.  I have a hard time realizing it was only 2 1/2 years ago and look at her now!! Congratulations Shelby and Kevin, we are so happy to have a new grandson. :)
