How great are these cards? There are so many things you could do with these and I chose to show you super simple and fast!
I picked out different pattern papers, cut the overlay and glued it down.
Now, you could add different colors to the balloons, an actual bow to the package and of course glitter and gems, are just a few.
The pola dots are my favorite, really fun I think!
