This is a new set called Fun & Festive that was created to go along with the Outlawz Challenge
I used my SIL to create this card, I used the papers that come in the set for the background. I created the stars using a file in my program and filled them with the background paper. I copied and turned 2 sets of balloons to create the balloon bouquet behind the cake.
The stars and cake were covered with crystal effects and the whole card was sprayed with shimmer spray.
I added some gems for extra bling.
