This is an image from DeeDee's Digi's. We got the sad news that she will have to close shop on January 31st. due to the new laws that effect the sales of digital images in Europe. Her shop is not the only one that will be effected.

For this card, I used the Fun and Festive set along with the digital papers. I colored the balloons then added multiple layers of crystal effects and glitter. This will be a great New Year card or a birthday card!
Don't forget, be sure to get all of your favorites before the end of the month.
