Hi there, this is an image from Sunsational stamps
I let my Cameo cut him out for me and mounted him on an Action Wobble.
The card is from the SIL store and the tiny butterflies are fimo canes. I found a good deal on ebay and got all kinds of different ones. They are perfect card accents.
