SVG cuts projects

I just love Mary and Leo, I haven't met them but they are super sweet on their face book page and make amazing, amazing svg files.
And each week they come out with a NEW file!! Simply stunning creativity I tell you!
If you haven't seen their page be sure to click on their logo above and it will take you right to their store where you can peruse the fabulous stuff.

Now on to my latest venture with them.  I purchased the Wet and wild set a few weeks ago when it came out and have finally gotten the time to sit and play.  This sand castle is awesome!! The yellow in the windows is vellum because there is an opening in the back to put a battery operated tea light, yup it's a votive box.
And what's even neater still, is the top lifts off (where the flag is) and you could put a little goodie in there and this would be a great gift.  In Mary's design it's not a solid bottom there so I glued her frame piece to a solid card stock then glued it in place so a small gift or some candies could go under that lid.

Here you can see what I'm talking about above.  I have to find my battery operated tea lights, I have a whole package somewhere...

This card isn't part of that kit, the jar is a free file they offer, that's another amazing thing, each week a new free file is put up on the site and they stay free!!

One of the ladies posted a really cute jar card using her Cricut and one of the cartridges and I wanted to do something silmilar.  Check back in a few weeks, I'll be doing another jar card.
Isn't this fun? I just love the little jar.
The paper I used that looks so much like sand is from CTMH, there's a link at the top of my page where you can go get the paper kit.  It's called Footloose and I believe after the new catalog comes out you won't be able to get it anymore.

This is another element in the kit, a cute round box.  I love sand dollars so this kit is right up my ally so to speak.  I love combing the west coast beaches for great shells and sand dollars. This would be a great place to keep some of the better ones that get found during above mentioned shelling excursions.

I still have to make the sand pail, the card and the scrapbook layout that comes in the kit. Just thought I'd share what I've got so far, please leave me some love, I really enjoy reading your comments.

Today is the release of the newest file, so be sure to check it out.here is a link to their face book page
