Mermaid kisses

This is a project that I have had in my mind for a long time.

I created the striped background using a combing tool and 2 different colors of paint.

I then cut the pieces using cardstock and put them on the canvas using a glue dot on each piece.

After that, I carefully painted the blue over everything and once that was dry I removed the pieces of cardstock.

Next, I used glossy accents and filled in each of the letters and covered the glossy accents with glitter, once that was all covered I switched glitter colors and just outlined the tail, splash and starfish.

After it all dried over night I used a soft bristle paint brush to remove an remaining glitter flecks.
