Welcome to Paper Crafting World and Cooking With Cricut's 2nd Blog-Aversary and our week long celebration! Each day for a whole week (May 19-26) we will be brining you fabulous projects made by our Design Team members. We have some GREAT blog candy as well as some daily file and graphic give-aways -- so you will definitely want to make PCW-CWC your daily stop every day this week!
Our theme for today is . . .CRYSTAL & GLASS and this is what I created!
I used QT Patootie Franchesca Digital Stamp Set, I printed the colored version and used my Copics to add some more layers of color to her dress shoes, bench and hair.
You can see the sentiment is hand written, I added some tiny gem stones to the flower centers
I used a white card base for this card and added a strip of grey then the patterned paper along the back so the card looks more finished when standing open. You can see I used pop dots to keep the card open.
Here is a full shot of Franchesca and her dog Fifi. Aren't they sweet?
Here you can see the crystal effects on her hat, I also put some on her shoes and the flowers, while the flowers were still wet, I sprinkled pink glitter on them. Fifi is covered in some distress stickles. This stuff is so cool and adds a lot of texture and she almost looks fuzzy.
I hope you like my project, I'd love to hear your feedback.
And now it is your turn! Head on over to Cooking With Cricut and link up your project with today's theme for your chance at becoming our next Top Chef!

Cute card, Marji! Fifi does look fluffy -- I thought maybe you used flocking, but now I see that it is Stickles. Love all the little glittery embellies.
