I used a file from Creative Kuts to make my card for today. My mother is a big hot tea drinker so I knew immediately I would make this for her for Mother's Day. Her favorite color is purple too.
Above is a close up of the embellishments, I added some paper flowers and some beautiful ribbon from 3 Girl Jam along with the tag that came with the file.
Isn't it pretty? I love how it turned out, I hope she does too!
(The box in the background was gift from a friend, I thought it made a pretty backdrop so I wanted to show it off too)
For my next card I used a file from the SIL store. I made it and let my 3 year old sign it for my mom. I was going to let her put it together but she was at my parent's house for 4 days and I wasn't sure when she'd come home (lol, she never wants to come home)

I added a cute flower shaped button and some paper flowers to girly it up
Emily likes to be creative with her writing, she takes after her mother, I got in trouble all the time for my penmanship. In her case at this age she likes to mix the letters up, she started to sign her name backwards then decided to make a H instead of a L and it went downhill from there. lol She cracks me up but my mom will love it anyway!!
And for my final picture, I wanted to share my mom's gift with you, we painted Emily's feet and hands. Her feet became the butterfly and her hands were the grass and flower stems. She painted flowers on the tips of her finger prints while I painted the yellow on the butterfly and did the body.
I can't wait for my mom to see this!
Thanks for stopping by,
