This is the perfect image for lots of sparkle! When someone is down, they need an uplifting card, this is a perfect way to turn a depressing card into a pick me up card!
A little colored pencil and lots of glitter, and some glitter paper.
Is on the inside, I added a blue gem to the dot on the question mark.
