Love you a latte'

I'm sharing a fun image that you can get for yourself by clicking above.
I used my Christmas gift for the title, see it there in the corner?  My little Happy Zink printer did that, so fun!
I used lots of layers, some distressing on the edges and my Copics.
I love how the color turned out.  The couple of classes I've taken on using my copics to color have preached and preached about not using colors that are not in the same group to blend...(clears throat and raises hand) rule breaker here!!
And proud of the outcome.  I used a blue green and a lavender on the cup cozie, lots of layers of color then after I got everything colored I use a spritz bottle with alcohol in it and spray the entire image.  It really helps smooth out any harsh lines.
Is it cool?  I think so.  For the button on the cozie I added some stickles and twine.  I used a glitter gel pen for accents.

Here's a shot of my new baby in action, stay tuned to see those projects :D

Oh my goodness how fun is that! I have never heard of a Zink printer.. very interesting! I love the shading on the mug. I admit, I am a rule breaker too! Did you know that certain shades of green are great over red to make the 'shadows'?

Everything about this card is warm and cozy!
Sending smiles,
Heather

Awesome creation with Heather's image. The coffee looks really inviting. Love the hint of sparkle on the heart and how you used the twine.
