3 Girl Jam blog hops

Hi there, thank you for coming by today, I've got a busy blog today and I apologize for that, I hope you will spend a few minutes and see what I've got going on.

I've got 2 hops that I'm in and I've combined my projects for them.  You will see I've created 3 quite different projects using similar files. I started with the frame files from My Scrap Chick.  I then sized my digital images from Sunsational stamps new release to fit into 2 of the frames.

Welcome to my stop on the "Thankful for 3 Girl JAM Fans Blog Hop!"  The 3 Girl JAM design team has joined up with a few of our friends and fans to put together an awesome hop full of inspiration and fun!

3 Girl JAM has put together an awesome prize package of crafty goodness!  To win it, all you have to do is leave a comment on each stop of the hop.  Easy peezy!

For my third project I used a cute file from My Scrap Chick to fill the frame.

I used fun papers and lots of foam for dimension.  I cut fun foam to fit behind each layer and then added foam dots behind her head.  I love the dimension in this frame.  I then added a gorgeous ribbon from 3 Girl Jam matching the colors to the project.  I used my bow maker to get this great layered bow.

On to my next frame, for the layers in this I glued everything flat, with no foam pieces between them.
I let my Cameo cut all the pieces for me and then let my daughter 'decorate" the tree.  This will be a gift from her for a family member.
I pulled my bow maker and ribbons out again, matching to my papers.  If you don't have this bow maker you are working way too hard on your bows.  I love that I can add many layers of ribbon and still get a perfect bow every time!  This stamp set is Christmas be filled with Joy.

For my third frame I used the new O Holy Night Nativity set.
The layers of this frame are separated by fun foam again.  It was pretty easy to trace the frame on the sheet and cut it with scissors.  I cut the foam about an 1/8 of an inch smaller than the paper so it is hidden.  I also used foam in a similar color as the paper.  For my bow I used some of the gorgeous lace from 3 Girl Jam.

Here is a close up of each of my bows.  I'm so pleased with these projects, I hope you enjoyed them as well.

I invite you to participate in both hops, so continue on your way but be sure to come back start at the beginning of the other one so you don't miss out on a great prize!

So many beautiful projects, Marji! I, too, love my bow maker. I never make a bow without it, but shhh, don't tell my secret. I'm thankful for you, dear friend. Have a great Thanksgiving.
