Nativity shaker cards and church box card

I borrowed this die cut from my mom, I just love it!
I cut the 4 die pieces out and was careful to center them so I could keep the cut out as the frame.  After I trimmed the frame pieces to the right size I ran them through my big shot with the brick wall embossing folder.
I then created shaker cards using acetate and foam sheets.  As I was assembling them I made sure I alternated the pieces so the background was different from the cut piece.

This is a file from My Scrap Chick.  I love how it turned out!  The music sheet paper is gorgeous on this card.  I wish I had several sheets so I could make more just like this.

The best part of this card that sets it apart from other box cards...the steeple piece pulls out of a pocket on the back so you have a nice size place to write your message and maybe add a gift card.
And of course it folds flat for mailing.

I'm adding this to the Holly Jolly Christmas challenge
