Today's challenge is a sketch, here is my card,

 I used my favorite image, the ribbon, layered the Christmas lights on the back panel and created the oval and rectangle panels separately.

When I colored the bow, I used a cross hatch method to color then used a lighter blue to create the high light spots. I think it looks pretty cool.
