Spotlight technique and new Eureka challenge

The challenge this week is buttons and bows, I'm stretching it a bit by using my colored circles as the buttons, buttons of color if you will...
I decided to try a new to me technique.  I always see such pretty cards made using this spotlight technique and that's what I pictured when I first saw this image.  I used my circle die cuts and cut a piece of paper the size of my card front, then laid the circle dies and cut them from that paper.
I then took that piece and laid it over my image and colored through the holes I made.
After I was done coloring I took my pale blue color box cat eye and rubbed through the circles to created the sky.
I think it turned out pretty cool, I'll be doing this more often.

Beautifully executed technique, a beautiful card.

All your cut file cards are SUPER DUPER, sorry didn't have time to comment on each of them.
