I used the free file offered from Little Scraps of Heaven, her digital papers are so fun!
I used my SIL program to layer all of my pieces.
The sun rays design is the card file from Creative Kuts I showed before. I just inserted the different patterns on each piece of the cut file. After getting everything in place I turned off the cut lines and printed the piece out as one.
I used my gel pens to add some shine to the card.

Wow this is the kind of card that I have to look at for a long time just to notice all of the elements that make it so pretty! Love it!
