I used Lisa's colors in her JPG file and let my cameo do it's print and cut thing using the offset feature for the outline cut.
The papers are from Stampin Up and the "hello and the stars" are rub ons from SU as well.

Always something flippin' adorable going on over here! That dragon is so fun. I love his green and purple colors! I started singing that imagine dragons song as soon as I saw this project, not sure why…but you got me thinking radioactive, radioactive!
