Imagine That monthly challenge

I used my SIL program to create the frame and cut it out.
I added some tiny gems to the flower centers for some bling.

Beautiful Eagles

A friend on face book has an extremely talented grand mother.  She takes fabulous nature photos.
This is one she took of a pair of Eagles near her house.  She has given me permission to use her photos on my projects.  I paired this great photo with a pretty Pinque Peacock layered garden beauty.

Great friends

Image of Harvest Bundle
This card turned out so cool, if I do say so myself!
The background is the orange blossom file from Miss Kate Cuttables, I have had this gorgeous swirl from Pinque Peacock for a while, just waiting for the perfect project to show case it.
It's made using the scrumptious ribbon.  I thought it simulated an orange pretty well and a flower at the same time.  The phrase is one of the new stamps by Craftin' Desert Divas.

Fresh Brewed Mermaids

Today I wanted to share some cards I made for a recent challenge at Fresh Brewed Designs, if you follow our design team blog you saw these.
Aren't they gorgeous?  I'm really proud of how they turned out.

I have to share a little snippet from our lives, Emily loves to look at the cards I make and she was looking at this one above and said "oh mom! I love how you used the glitter to create the breeze!"  She totally blew me away that she even got that! She's an amazing kid! I'm so proud.

This image is so dreamy, I love how her tail turned out and her blue hair.  So pretty,
The buttons on the two cards above I covered with some fun fabric I found.

This card has lots of shine! You can never have too much glitter!  The flower and this button are from Pinque Peacock!  I added the yellow flower to represent the sun.

Thinking of you card

Image of Royal Bundle

This was a free image on a group I'm in on Face Book offered by Karleigh Sue
I colored her with my pencils and blended using gamsol.
I used an embossing folder I got from Pinque Peacock and the die cuts are from My Favorite Things.
I used the ribbon as a border piece instead of just a bow.  Trying to be different...

Sweet kitty

I colored the image with colored pencils and added a layered garden beauty as the centerpiece.
Isn't this the sweetest face?

I chose to make a chalk board for photos during Emily's school years.
I plan to write "1st day of...." on one side and have her write her name on the other side
I found the owl image at Miss Kate, it was a freebie one day this week.  The top embellishment is an elegant swirl using black ribbon from 3 Girl Jam.
I used one of my layered garden beauties and added the fabric covered button to the center.  I found the gem E on clearance and it fit perfectly!
This is the other side, I added fabric swirl matching the LGB on the other side and another owl.  The ribbon border is from 3 Girl Jam.
(hmmmm, I wonder who's tiny finger prints those are)
All ready for the first day! I can't believe my baby is going to Pre-K already!  Where has the last 5 years gone?
Now it's time to move on over to Miranda's blog to see her project.

I'm adding this to the 3 Girl JAM August 2014 Challenge:  Back to School or Writing Utensil w/Ribbon

Now, if you find yourself Hopping off the Path , you can use this
Lineup to get back on the Right Track . . .

Add a button challenge

Add a button is today's new challenge.  I chose to use the cute bunnies for my card, aren't they cute?
I used 2 fabric covered buttons from Pinque Peacock to hold the easel in place.
They yellow and orange dots on the front are home made by melting pony beads.
