I used some scrapbook paper to cover a paper mache' box then covered the lid with glitter paint.
For the card I used the same paper to create the front.
The mesh and buttons were in my packet.  The clock is something I had in my stash.
I used the mesh again on the lid of the box along with my felt popper and fabric swirl and beaded pin.
