Little Tree and Kitty

I found this cute pattern on Ravelry and knew Emily would love it.  She pretends to be a cat a lot and still has her tail and ears head band from Halloween 2 years ago and wears them often.

I used the sizing for the child and had to add about 6 inches to the length of the scarf and added almost that much to the hood.  Thankfully the addition to the hood made it look a little ruffly so it's cuter.

I made this cute tree following the video Yarnutopia posted on You tube.
She used a real stick for her tree trunk, but I crocheted one because this tree is going in an ornament exchange with the kids in our home school group.
Since I don't know who will get it I figure no real sticks is good.

You did a wonderful job on the scarf. You can tell she loves It. My Grand Daughter pretends to be a cat to sometimes. Love that cute little tree you made to. Wishing you a happy and blessed New Year.
