Digi stamps 4 Joy Christmas challenge

Come Link Up Your Christmas Cards

The digi stamp for the month of November was this cool tag, I used my SIL program to fill the areas with patterns then cut it out for my card.
I tried my hand at a collage, I am not that great at it I think so I hope I did a decent job.  I'd love your feedback.

End of the month catch up

It's time for a new challenge, this month is a color challenge.

I used the Kissie Poo file from SVG Cutting Files.  How cute are these two?  There is purple twine on there, I could not get a good photo of it against the brown paper.
Be sure to head over to the blog to see what the rest of the team has made to inspire you and to join us.

This is my card for the From the Heart Stamps progressive challenge.
I am running a bit behind this month, barely made it.
Buy Flappy Birthday

I used CTMH papers and my Copics for this handsome card, these birds really make me smile, love them.  I added Crystal effects to the balloon and a Trendy Twine bow.

 Aren't they adorable?

These owls are fabulous! I'm a big owl fan anyway, but these guys are so funny.
I love her expression, she's just so worn out from all the Christmas shopping I am guessing!
I added a couple of real feathers I picked up on the beach last week, some pretty Trendy Twine and some CTMH paper butterflies and acrylic flower.  The glitter on their hats really make the card I think!

Meowy Christmas

I'm so happy to be working on Christmas cards again, they are so much fun, lots of bling, rich colors, it's my favorite holiday!
I created the frame in my SIL program and printed it all as one layer.  I then rimmed the edge with silver glitter glue as a finishing touch.  I added lots of gems to the tree for lights and ornaments.
The kitty at the bottom is cut out and popped up.
I added a small part of the image to the inside.  I love that silver washi tape, it's sparkles like crazy!
I'm also adding this to the Decosse's link up as well.

Digi Stamps 4 Joy progressive challenge

I used my SIL program to create my card background and color my image, then printed it out on one sheet of paper, trimmed it then added it to my card base.

Digi Stamps 4 Joy Christmas challenge

How cute is this camel?  I love the expression on his face.
I used my pencils to color him then added some tiny gems and a pretty angel sticker.
The background I created in my SIL program.  I wanted it to look like the night sky in the desert.
I'm really pleased with the out come.
I am also adding this to the Christmas card challenge at 12 months of cards

Pretty Christmas bird

Image of Jute Ribbon & String Pack
This image is from the digi stamps 4 Joy progressive challenge, this is last month's image, I'm behind...
I really had fun with this card, trying to move from my comfort zone with my normal style and embellishments.
I used the beautiful jute ribbon. The poinsettia is a CTMH piece along with the  piece at the tip of the tag.
Neat right?  I really love this jute ribbon, it's more flexible than you'd think and the colors are so rich.
I also used gems and pearls for the berries for a little different approach.

digi stamps 4 joy challenge

I'm a month behind but I'm determined to get caught up!

I think this turned out really cool.  I splurged and bought myself an Anna Griffin card kit.  It came with that gorgeous rose.  The ribbon is from 3 Girl Jam.
I used one of the Christmas DCWV paper stacks for the card base, using the paper as my inside sentiment.
The digi was sprayed with some cool red mist
I'm also adding to the link up below.  I'm trying really hard to getting on track with these 2 link ups.  I will have my Christmas cards done way ahead of time and maybe will get them addressed and sent this year!

Christmas dragon

I am 3 months behind in this challenge, lol, I had every intention of participating each month.
I got this adorable dragon to get me started and Emily stole him for herself.
She did a pretty decent job on him and even cut him out herself, she was serious about making a real project with him.
Pretty good fussy cutting for a 4 year old I think.
So I made the cards using her work, these will go to my parents and sister for Christmas this year and I'll let Emily sign them herself.

This is the inside of the cards. I used a DCWV paper stack to make these cards.
If you want to join up yourself, then click the badge at the top of the post
The dragon is from Digi stamps 4 joy, they also do a progressive Christmas card challenge
