Whoo loves ya?

Here are my projects, I used the Hoot N Holler cartridge for this fun shaped card.  The top of the cloud is scored so the second layer will open easily.
The owl is mounted on an action wobble. Love those little gems :)

For this project I used the Jasmine cartridge for the title and the Splish Splash cartridge for the rest of the elements.  I added some pretty gems to look like bubbles coming up and for pearls in the shells.

Here's a side view of the owl, you can see it's a card and the dimension from the wobble.

Mirror vs vinyl

I used Cindy Lou to decorate this mirror.
I found this mirror at Home Depot for $3.00 on clearance! I've been wanting a big mirror for the hall for a long time so I was thrilled to find this!

Here is a close up of the fun little birdhouse.  I used white vinyl and colored it with my copics to give the wood grain look. I am tickled with this project, I hope you like it too.
For this project I used Hoot N Holler.  This is such a fun cartridge.  I used paper I got from Erica's store.  It wasn't real keen on being cut by my Expression so it's a little rough.  I love the texture on the papers.

Isn't she a fun little owl?

For my next project I used the Sweet Tooth boxes,  this is the first time I've used this cartridge, I thought I HAD to have it and when I got it realized it wasn't what I thought so I tucked it away and forgot about it.
That is one of the reasons I love being on this design team, it makes me use my cartridges that I would probably never touch!

So I LOVE how this turned out, it's so adorable!
I added acetate to the windows and cut a second set so the inside is finished like the outside.
I used my embossing stylus to "smoosh" the flowers for dimension on the topiary. I dotted yellow glitter glue in the centers.  The door knob is a silver glittered brad.

use the shift feature key today

Today we are to use the shift feature key on our projects. I've been wanting to turn this photo album into a brag book of samples for my craft shows. I'm changing my business cards and banners to owls so I took advantage of my lovely Hoot N Holler cartridge. The paper background is random paper I have, I covered up the picture on the original album. The owls I used the Enjoy the season imagine cartridge to put the colors and patterns on their layers. I had to use the shift key to get all of the layers. I know it's not exactly what
So this is the new cover for my sample book. Thanks for stopping by.

The Queen

I made 2 cards this month using Hoot N Holler, Kate's ABC's and Songbird

This is a close up of the front of the card, my cute little purple owl and her funky green google eyes.
Here is my owl inside the card, he is posted on a action wobble spring. So much fun, you flick his foot or wing and boing! away he wobbles. So much fun! His yellow eyes and orange glittered feathers are too fun. I left a layer off of him because I liked him this way better.
Here is the front of my card. The card is 6 by 6.  The H and second O are popped up of foam tape.
My Queen bee card is my favorite, it's also 6 by 6 and I've got the adorable label behind the bees cut from the Songbird cartridge in the fabulous glitter paper. I'm in love with the twine, I'm getting a good collection of some good colors so you'll be seeing a lot of it.
inside the card I cut the phrase really big and put it at an angle to make it look like the bee is weighing it down.
